What is our policy on refunds, replacements, and returns?

Our jewelry products are made to order just for you! We're unable to offer returns or refunds for those, however if you have any issues with your order, please contact our support team at hi@trykizle.com who'll be happy to assist you!   

     

    Damaged / Defective Product

    If any of our customers receive a product that is damaged or defective, or if they receive a wrong item or if a there is a mistake with engravings, we will gladly issue a remake. The only requirement is proof of the damaged or defective product in the form of a high-quality image or video

    Product Lost / Stolen

    There are some things that are simply out of our control. Very rarely, an order may be lost in transit or stolen. In this case, we'll work with you to do what we can to make things right.
