Shipping Policy
How long does shipping take?
Product processing takes 1-4 business days. Shipping times differ depending on the country. Typically, items arrive to our customers within:
- USA: 2-5 days(Slightly extended time frame may occur during holidays)
- Canada: 5-20 days
- UK, most of EU: 5-15 days
- Australia, New Zealand: 10-30 days
- Rest of the World: 5-20 days

Processing & Shipping times are working days not calendar days
When is the tracking number provided?
Once an order completes the Processing phase (1-4days) and enters the Shipping phase. This is when our customer will be provided with a tracking number. This tracking number is able to be used to review all tracking updates leading up to the delivery of the package.

Is it possible to combine shipping charge when multiple items/orders are going to the same destination? To make sure we fulfill orders as quickly as possible, Some items can take longer to make than others, so we typically ship items in individual packages as soon as the items are produced.
Additional information
- All international orders will show no tracking updates once they have left the USA, until they have cleared customs in the destination country.
- While we make every effort to label our shipments to assist customers with the fastest delivery, if customs charges are applied on a shipment, this is payable by the customer.
- Once an item leaves our warehouse and is handed to the carrier, we are unable to fulfill requests such as redirecting packages, or recalling packagesdue to circumstances outside of our control.
